Creating Spaces that Help Us Thrive: Preventing Burnout and Promoting Mental Health
No one is at their best when they are burned out or struggling with their mental health. Burnout is often institutional; we need our organizations to put in place structures that actively support the mental health of their members. In this workshop, we will share methods to recognize, address and change structural factors that contribute to burnout. Then we will share structures that help support mental health and discuss ways to put them into practice so that we can all create workplaces that help us thrive.
This can be offered as a 2 hour facilitated discussion or a 4 hour expanded workshop.
